I like to keep all the brands you know and few smaller companies in stock too. This is the only place you can find our shop brand, TRUE skateboards, we also have a Side Project deck and we usually carry a few other blank deck brands. We usually have more than 75 boards to chose from and grip tape is always free with your deck.
TRUCKS: Thunder, Venture, Destructo, Krux, Grind King, Tensor, Royal, and Independent are the stuff we have a few of each to chose from but if you want any other brand let us know..we can order almost anything that's out there..We sale a lot of Thunders and Ventures, and try to keep a good selection in stock.

True skateboard is a blank deck price board sold at Side Project Skate Shop in Gastonia, NC. When I first had the idea to do a shop brand deck I didn't want to make boards with the shop name on it, I wanted to start a brand that was available at the shop, but could also grow beyond that. I also wanted to offer a deck that was cheap and good, a lot of skaters go through decks really fast and could care less about the graphic. When I started researching the idea and getting some sample decks to pass around to friends I went through about six different manufacturers before finding a deck that I got nothing but good feedback on. I found that the idea of having boards printed with a logo was only going to tie me to one look due to minimum quantities and also drive the cost of the project up, so I decided to stencil the boards myself, that way I can do different designs for any number of boards and it makes each board a little different. That’s where I am today after over two years of selling true decks, we are still stenciling logos and painting them at the shop. With each order of these I have found the same consistent shape, concave, and finish. I have plenty of our areas best skaters using these boards and I think they have a great reputation and are just as good as any board.
