“From the first time I got a skateboard, I knew I was going to be a "skater". I got my first real skateboard from a bicycle shop when I was in the 7th grade. A few years later, I got a job at that same bicycle shop putting skateboards together. The bike shop quit selling skateboards a long time ago, I have worked there and helped keep that bike shop alive for almost 20 years now. For a long time, creating a really skater focused shop was something I wanted to do. I got that opportunity in April of 2003 starting out with just a few decks and a showcase in the corner of the bike shop.  Now in a new location and a few years later, I have really been able to make a shop that is what I had in mind. A place with a wall full of decks and completes, a big variety of trucks, wheels, bearings, accessories, clothing and shoes, at fair prices, with a creative, skater-owned vibe. All that with a small indoor skate spot, and I believe we have the best shop in the area.  My name is Allen ...I love skateboarding and what it’s given to me over the years...that's why I do it.
